My work focuses on helping adults develop a more flexible and supportive relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions, rather than trying to fight against them.
Let’s create a supportive inner dialogue, so that you’re your own biggest cheerleader with a quieter, gentler mind.
I draw from the following modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness based approaches.
I completed my Master of Social Work degree at the University of British Columbia and I am a Registered Social Worker in British Columbia.
When I’m not working, you can find me recharging by rock climbing, spending time outdoors, knitting, and exploring other creative hobbies. These activities reflect my belief that meaningful growth often involves learning to move forward with discomfort while staying grounded.

I bring a warm, grounded, and collaborative presence to therapy. The focus is on helping you develop a more flexible relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions, rather than trying to fight against them. Fighting them? That can feel deeply exhausting after a while!
Sessions are focused on understanding your experience and building practical skills that help you move forward in ways that are meaningful to you.
Currently, I am accepting new clients. I look forward to meeting you!
