Rates
Individual 50 minute session (by video or phone): $150
Initial 15-minute consultation (meet and greet): $0
Insurance
I am a Registered Social Worker in BC with a Master of Social Work degree. Many extended insurance policies cover this service. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure your coverage. After each session, I provide a receipt that you can submit eligible claims for services rendered by a "Registered Social Worker."
If you are a student in British Columbia, our sessions may be eligible for reimbursement under your StudentCare benefits.

Cancellations
I understand that life gets busy sometimes! You have up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to cancel free of charge.
Cancellations without 24 hours notice beforehand will be charged at the standard session rate.
Sliding Scale
I offer a limited number of sliding scale openings. Please reach out to me if you are in need of this resource prior to booking either a 15-minute consult or your first 50-minute session.
If there are no sliding scale openings available, I am happy to put you on my sliding scale waitlist.
Payment
Payment can be made via e-transfer or online via credit card.
