Insurance
I am a registered social worker in BC and ON, many extended insurance policies cover this service. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure your coverage. After each session, I provide a receipt that you can submit eligible claims for services rendered by a "Registered Social Worker."
If you are a student in British Columbia or Ontario, our sessions may be covered under your StudentCare benefits. To double check your coverage, you can visit studentcare.ca for more information, or contact your student association.
Cancellations
I understand that life gets busy sometimes! You have up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to cancel free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged at the standard session rate.
Sliding Scale
I offer a limited number of sliding scale openings. Please reach out to me if you are in need of this resource prior to booking your first 50-minute session.
If there are no sliding scale openings available, I am happy to put you on my sliding scale waitlist.
Payment
Payment can be made via e-transfer or online via credit card.
